1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of all training, certification, consulting, and digital learning services provided by Afribiotech Lean Six Sigma Rotterdam, a division of Europharma Supplies.
By enrolling in any programme, accessing our LMS, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Afribiotech provides:
- Lean Six Sigma White, Yellow, Green, Black, and Master Black Belt training
- Corporate and bespoke continuous improvement programmes
- Online and in‑person training delivery
- Certification assessments and issuance
- Post‑training support and coaching
All services are delivered in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
3. Enrolment & Payment Terms
- Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment or an approved purchase order.
- Corporate clients may request invoicing with agreed payment terms.
- Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include/exclude VAT as applicable.
- Certificates are issued only after payment is received.
4. Training Delivery
Afribiotech will:
- Provide access to the LMS, training materials, and assessments
- Ensure qualified instructors deliver the programme
- Communicate schedules, updates, and requirements in advance
- Provide reasonable support during the training period
Trainees must:
- Attend sessions as scheduled
- Complete assignments and assessments
- Maintain professional conduct
- Protect login credentials and LMS access
5. Certification Requirements
Certification is awarded only when:
- All modules are completed
- Assessments are passed
- Identity verification is completed (for exam integrity)
Afribiotech reserves the right to withhold certification if fraud, impersonation, or misconduct is detected.
6. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling
- Refunds are available only if requested before training access is granted.
- Once LMS access is provided, refunds are not applicable.
- Corporate clients may reschedule training with at least 7 days’ notice.
- Afribiotech may reschedule sessions due to instructor unavailability or technical issues.
7. Use of Training Materials
All training content, slides, videos, templates, and assessments are the intellectual property of Afribiotech.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or resell materials
- Share LMS access with others
- Record training sessions without permission
You may:
- Use materials for personal learning
- Apply tools and templates in your workplace
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Afribiotech complies with:
- GDPR (EU 2016/679)
- Dutch Data Protection Regulations
- ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7.5 (Documented Information)
We collect only the data required for:
- Enrolment
- Certification
- LMS access
- Customer communication
9. External Providers & LMS Platforms
Afribiotech uses approved external providers (e.g., LMS hosting, video conferencing tools).
We ensure:
- Supplier evaluation
- Data protection compliance
- Service uptime monitoring
Clients agree to follow the terms of these platforms when using them.
10. Limitation of Liability
Afribiotech is not liable for:
- Loss of income, business, or data
- Technical interruptions caused by third‑party platforms
- Misuse of training materials by trainees
- Delays caused by force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the training programme.
11. Complaints & Feedback
Clients may submit complaints via:

- LMS support portal
- Feedback forms after training
Afribiotech commits to responding within 48 hours, as per QMS Objective QO‑3.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
- The Netherlands
- EU Consumer Protection Regulations
- Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek)
13. Amendments
Afribiotech may update these Terms periodically.
Clients will be notified of major changes via email or LMS announcements.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any programme or accessing our LMS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
